Remanufactured Laser Toner Cartridges
All cartridges manufactured through the Brothers Lazer Service, Inc., manufacturing method are unconditionally guaranteed, when used as directed, to perform to your complete satisfaction.
If, for any reason, Brothers Lazer cartridges fail to deliver satisfactory performance, you may receive a full refund by simply returning the unused portion to Brothers Lazer.
We further guarantee that a Brothers Lazer cartridge will not damage your laser printer. Should the use of a Brothers Lazer cartridge be ascertained as the cause of damage to your laser printer, please request a written statement, on the service company's letterhead, explaining the manner in which teh Brothers Lazer cartridge was responsible. Please forward this written report to Brothers Lazer Service, Inc., and we will repair the printer or we will reimburse you for all charges incurred.
WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS
Brothers Lazer Service warrants that the goods conform to the above. BROTHERS LAZER SERVICE HEREBY EXCLUES AND AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THESE GOODS OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Brothers Lazer service shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All gooods are shipped upon condition that these terms to accepted by Buyer; if not, Buyer must promptly return the goods and notify Borthers Lazer Service in writing. These terms supersede all prior oral or written terms or representations that may be waived or modified only by a letter signed by an authorized representative of Brothers Lazer Service, Inc.
